RefundPolicy
How cancelling and refunds work for Cypher Assets paid programmes. Last updated 29 September 2026.
01 · Free features
The bootcamp, community and tools are free. Nothing to refund there.
02 · Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription any time. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for; the next period is not charged.
03 · 14-day withdrawal
Under EU law you have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because access to our digital programme starts immediately, we ask your explicit consent to start right away; with that consent the withdrawal right ends once access is given, as the law allows.
04 · When we refund
If something we promised was not delivered (for example a call was cancelled and not replaced), open a ticket within 14 days and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.
05 · No results guarantee
We teach and coach; we cannot guarantee trading results, passing a prop firm challenge or payouts. Not reaching a result is not a reason for a refund.
